FAQ’S:

How do I convert the times for my time zone?

• After you register, there will be a countdown clock on the placeholder screen so you know exactly when class starts! Or, here is a time zone converter.

For the “Blinding Lights” tap class, do I need tap shoes? Do I need a tap board? Do I need tap experience?

• You do not need tap shoes or a board (you can wear any hard soled shoe/sneakers). There will be beginner versions of the harder parts for those who have limited experience. If you’ve never taken a tap class- this is the perfect time to try- you’re in the privacy of your home!

Can I take a class that's meant for a different time zone than the one I live in (ex: you live in Melbourne but want to take the class that's for North & South America)?

• Yes.

Can I take all of the classes?

• Yes. The routine will be the same for the regional classes (meaning, not the “Global Tap Class”), but you can certainly take repeatedly to improve the routine each time.

Can I take any of these if I'm a beginner?

• Yes.

Are they kid-friendly?

• Yes.

Do I need heels?

• Have them on standby if you want to try them! The routine is always subject to change; the beauty of being at home is that you can change your shoes/wardrobe on the fly!

Am I guaranteed feedback?

• This will be like a normal dance class where not every student is guaranteed feedback. If we begin offering THE GALEN HOOKS METHOD INTENSIVES digitally, these would have limited class sizes like the in-person intensives, with GUARANTEED, IN-DEPTH FEEDBACK for every participant. For these single, masterclass-length classes, you can request feedback during the class and Galen will choose a limited number of attendees at random.

Will the class be saved for viewing at a later date?

• No. You have tune into the livestream to enjoy these one-time experiences.
