This session gives you a gameplan to navigate the industry. Whereas GHM PRO is intense dance training for advanced dancers who want to be able to deliver in high stakes, top tier jobs, GHM GAMEPLAN assesses what you need to do outside of the dance studio to get hired in the first place.

We start with a mock audition.

I use the mock audition to assess what each student needs in order to work consistently in the industry.

We then use a mixture of dance training and business training to come up with a strategy for each person to set themselves up to win.

Each student is given a customized strategy to navigate

• Instagram (this is the most commonly used casting tool and can make or break your bookings)

• networking

• branding (your look, hair, makeup, wardrobe, overall image and perception)

• auditioning

• headshots

• dance execution

in a way that delivers the best chances of the student working consistently in their exact lane.

Each of these elements is put into practice during the session. 

We will also discuss the following business topics: Agencies, Rates, Unions.
